- Start by applying the #2 light blue shade
- With flat brush on the lids, begin at the crease and work your way down to the lash line
- Be generous as you press it into the eyelid
- Apply the same #2 light blue shade on the lower lash line to achieve a wash of color
- Apply the #3 shade on the outer corners of the eyes
- Layer the #4 dark blue shade over the #3 shade on the outer corners of the eyes
- To create a round shape, brush the #3 and #4 shades into the inner corners of the eyes
